Ran long from home in the late morning.  The morning was nice with light breezes and 42 f temps.  I ran a progressive starting with a 8:15 pace for 5 miles, then 8:00 and 7:45 for the next two five mile segments.  My last mile up the hill was a little slower.  It was a good run, but I need a few more to make it less painful.  Pace 8:03.

Nice run! I would love to be able to make that kind of run.

Thanks, I hope I can build up the distance to hold that pace for Missoula.

Good luck at Ogden!

July 12. Mostly flat course in Montana. Come and try it!
