Outside for a nice 7.2 mile run at noon.  The weather is sunny, in the high 30's and light winds.   Ran the 1st mile with jtshad before he kicked in the afterburners.  My overall time was 55 minutes at a 7:37 pace

Nice run yourself...7:37 pace for 7M+ is awesome!

Nice run! I needed a day off of running. Back at it tomorrow.

Jeff, a day off? What are you thinking on such a nice day!??!

From Jeff Fogg on Thu, Apr 03, 2008 at 14:48:15

Yes, I know. I had to run some errands at lunch, but mostly because my knee was not feeling so good today. A lot of running yesterday. I may get out after work today...it was tough to go outside and see the best day this year and NOT go run.

Thanks guys, after the winter we've had, a few nice days are good motivators. Tomorrow, B. Harker wants to take a noon run, join us if you want an easy run for your knee (about 8:30 -8:40 pace).

What time are you going out? Sounds good to me.

11:15 is the plan. See you tomorrow.
