TM in the morning.   5 miles at 7:30 and 1 at 7:13.

 

Ran a cool 5.1 around the greenbelt at noon with Jeff.  Weather was around 30 and breezy again, but the path is nearly clear.  Times were good (for me!) except the last mile I backed off for a side ache.
