I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Nice run today, the temp was at 78 degrees when i made my way home from work. I did the extended golf course loop and added an out and back to the old bishops storehouse. Fun run and very nice, the legs a still a bit ahck from sat 18 miler, but they wel snap back in a few days. I hope. |

| My legs are real whack today so a little easy recovery run after sat long run and long run yesterday. I did some time on the bowflex with some upper body work and somelower body work for the legs. |

| Nice workout today, ran with my Son Bryan and we did the extended golf course loop. We had to fight the wind throughout the run with some scatter rain here and thier, but the the temps were very comfy. We also did 6 hill repeats, it was brutal but made for a great run. |

| Today i ran out past mini gu corner and back, it nice to put up with the wind, rain, and hail. My legs are whack today after yesterdays hard workout with hill repeats, just a nice recovery run today. |

| Nice long run this morn, not sure what the weather was going to be. The weatherman called for heavy ran this morn, they missed the forecast again. No rain just perfect temps or a very nice run. It has been a grat week of training. |
