Four miles with the wrestlers. A good workout today wrestling with the kids. Dropped 4 lbs.
Good run with the STG Running club early this morning. It was cool to start then we climbed Webb hill and I wasn't cool any more. It felt good to get out and run with the boys. May due some miles when we get to Phoenix tonight.
