Went out up the trail over to the water tank and down turkey farm road through the industrial park and home.

About 5 miles into the run it felt like I was taking a bad trip to "quad city". I think my quads are as sore as they have ever been. Hope they start to feel better soon.

Dave-

I go up north of my house above middleton drive. You'll have to come run it with me and I'll show you around.

Right at the end I figured out that it was you heckling us. I get so use to not paying attention to that crap that when someone I know is trying to communicate with me I never hear them.
