7 miles in the morning

7 miles in the evening

This morning I ran an easy 7 up into the desert over to the water tank and down the paved road. Did around a mile and a half surge during the run.

Then this evening I decided to get one more hard workout in. So I drove over to Webb hill and did the hill 3x. It is around a 9% grade dirt road that is one mile up.

Did .6 warm up and .6 cool down.

Good workout. Legs feeling it pretty good- not worried still have 10 days left to refuel.

Sounds like a good workout last night. You'll have to read my workout last Thursday I did that ladder workout that Chad has done a few times, pretty good workout. Felt pretty happy with my 5K race and more pleased with the 10.5 mile run we did after, felt real comfortable and we were running at a pretty good pace. I'm still thinking that under 2:50 is a reasonable goal for me. I'm definately going to kill my previous PR from St. George and Boston! What time are you planning to run the first half in?
