5 miles in the morning

8 miles in the evening with the club.

I didn't think we went that far last night but it still look to be a little more than 8 miles.

Felt good tonight- other than my "splash" stop at Harmons to use the restroom.

Clyde,

I have a friend in New York that is coming to run St.George. He has wrote a program for elevation changes and splits for each mile. So far it has only been a test with elevations based off the webs course map. Have you logged any of the mile elevation drops on a garmin or know what they are? If you do have something easy to look at could you comment back and I'll send you his email. I think it would be fun to look at. This year when I ran Boston they had a predictor that told you your splits based on the course to acheive a goal time.

Thanks BC

Bill,

That sounds great... I ran Boston too this year and something like that would be nice here. However I haven't logged anything. I'm not a techy type runner.

Sorry.
