| | It's been a long time. But I decided to jump back into the running world. On November 12 Christie and I ran R2R2R. Here is our combined instagram accounts write ups. His and Her's type thing. To say it was a normal day. Kind of ruins the mystery!
Mr.
It’s been almost seven years since we passed through this place. Back then Christie was a dark horse. Not on my radar at all. But that day back in 2013 sealed us together.
On Friday we finally got to get deep inside the belly of this beast again. If you have never done this. Bucket list!!!!!!
Our second R2R2R was all that and then some.
Just look at this Lululemon model!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🍻🤞🏽😎
Happy Birthday Week Lover!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ #r2r2r

This day was every bit extraordinary! 7 years ago we had an incredible experience & I’ve always wanted to do it again. Not being even near to the shape we once were, I knew this time would bring more challenges. The Sun was beautiful lighting the canyon as we made our way to the river. Phantom we had an uncrustable (like last time) & headed towards the first big climb. The hip gods graced the day allowing me to run. I did fall about mile 13.. blistered up my hand and (I think) broke my toe. Onward though! There’s nothing easy about the North Climb.. quick change of socks at the top & we were off. My toe would slam into my shoe on the steep downhill so the next 5 miles were slow. BLESS the lady at phantom who let us buy supplies even though the store was closed!!! After we crossed the river, my toe/feet were killingggg me. I knew it was going to be a slow climb out. Together, Clyde and I cranked it out and tried to take it all in. ‘’We are doing this!!’’ A deer (that I swore were our girls in spirit 🐶) walked with us for about a mile & then like that, we were at the top! • •Doing hard things drives me. Life is hard. Clyde & I have been through nearly 7 years of up and down hard. But, like today, pushing forward along side your best friend brings magical accomplishments.
