DC loop. Felt better than yesterday but I'm still a mess. Just wanted to be done at mile 6. Hips seem out of whack. Plus I just don't have any energy. It's like I'm starting all over again with fitness or something.

Well...you did, just run a marathon 10 days ago and ride your bike all over the county on Saturday. Your body is still recovering. If it makes you feel any better, your bad days are better than my "best" running days.
