| | Am- 4 mile run to my friends house. My shins felt bad on the downhill, but other than a good, fast, short run. Pm- a late nigh run. My legs were feeling sluggish so I decided to go to the track, do four laps, then get 8X100m strides, after that I did 2 more laps and evened out my mileage to 10 for the day. | | Add Comment |
| | Am- Did the cemetery run today with garreck and Clayton, we did three laps in the cemetery to get to nine. Felt like going fast for the last mile, it was somewhere inbetween 4:55 and 5:10, although my garmin won't let me check my splits to know the exact time. | | Am- Went to wheeler farms and we did speed. First we did 2 miles of warm up followed by 10 strides. The workout was 400, 800, 800, 800, 400. The times weren't supposed to be really fast,the goal times were 75 for the 400's and 2:30 for the 800's. my actual times were 70, 2:26, 2:27, 2:27, and somewhere around 72 or something for the last 400. My legs were really sore, so I'm gonna take an ice bath tonight. We finished off with 2 miles cooldown to get to 8 for the entire workout. | | Am- Today was the bike and run. There were many setbacks on my side of the partnership. 1 I grabbed the wrong bike and did an extra mile of biking 2 dropped the bike and whacked my shin ( hahahahaha) 3 the bike broke on the last mile so I had to run the last half mile with the bike. Despite that Garek and I still won! After, cooled down with sarah and eleanor for 8 miles of running. Pm- 4 easy miles around the neighborhood. | | Add Comment |
| | Am- We went to Liber park, and after we did fartlek. Then did a short cooldown to get to eight miles for the workout. Felt very good during the workout. Pm- 4 easy miles, felt good, going for a long run tommorow. | | Add Comment |
| | Am- 15 mile run at Jeremy Ranch Road with Tomy, Jake, Kevin, Sarah and a bunch of other people. Struggled the last 5 miles to stay with the lead group because I was super thirsty, but it was all good. Pm- Super short 1.5 mile run to get to 90 miles this week. | | Add Comment |
