Am- 4 mile run to my friends house. My shins felt bad on the downhill, but other than a good, fast, short run. Pm- a late nigh run. My legs were feeling sluggish so I decided to go to the track, do four laps, then get 8X100m strides, after that I did 2 more laps and evened out my mileage to 10 for the day. |
