Clearfield Quad-Meet (3 Miles) 00:15:45, Place overall: 2 | | Am- 4 miles Pm- Today we had a quadrant meet with clearfield, Cyprus, and another team I can't remember right now. Eleanor and Sarah did really well, going 1 2, and our girls went 1-6th place. Once the boys race started it was basically me and Garek the entire time,Garek ended up outkicking me and he had a great race. After we did a mile of speed changes and a mile cool down. My calves we super sore so I'm gonna ice bath tonight | | Add Comment |

Park City Invitational (3 Miles) 00:15:44, Place overall: 6 | | Am- 2 mile shakeout run, my legs were still sore, but a lot less than on wensday. Pm- today we had the Park City Invitational, after about 5 miles of warm-up and some strides our team got our box. Once the race started I got a pretty good start, no one went out at a ridiculous pace which is what usually happens. After about 400 meters I took the lead and kept it for about 1.5 miles, after I faded a little. I caught back up to the lead group at 2.5 but I didn't have the kick I needed to pass ahead of people and ended up in 6th. Overall it was a good, and 36 seconds faster than last year. After we got about 2 mile cooldown and went to eat dinner. Garek , Eleanor, and Sarah on our team also had good races, and our team was top 10 on both the girls and boys sides, so it was a good day for our team overall. | | Add Comment |
