Am- Went to wheeler farms and we did speed. First we did 2 miles of warm up followed by 10 strides. The workout was 400, 800, 800, 800, 400. The times weren't supposed to be really fast,the goal times were 75 for the 400's and 2:30 for the 800's. my actual times were 70, 2:26, 2:27, 2:27, and somewhere around 72 or something for the last 400. My legs were really sore, so I'm gonna take an ice bath tonight. We finished off with 2 miles cooldown to get to 8 for the entire workout. Pm- 4 miles around the neighborhood with the team. |
