Am- Did a hill workout at sugarhouse park because it is officially hill week. First we did 3 repeats up and 3 repeats down the first part of the state course, after we did 4X poker hill and 4X the state hill loop. after we cooled down to get to ten. Pm- 8 miles at sunnyside park, ran with the team at first, the added 3 on my own. |
