Got up early and did a fartlek outside. (Normal loop) 1 mile warm up then alternated 4 minutes hard by 2 minutes easy. pace was all over the board due to hills. I will list my hard paces followed by the easy pace.

(minus the warmup-it was a 7:10 pace overall including fast and slow paces)
Felt controlled and good today. It has taken me longer to get back in shape than I would have liked-but lately I feel like my old body is slowly starting to come back.
