Ran at the park today. 1 mile warm up then 3 straight at moderate tempo pace.  Splits were 6:50, 6:45 and 6:35. Actually felt pretty relaxed. This pace used to be pretty hard but it is getting easier.

Last week was pathetic. (my daughter started kindergarten and my parents came into town and we went to Durango. Definitely a busy week) hopefully I can get more miles in this week. Anyway, I did a 4 mile loop outside with some good hills. Ap 7:00.

Ran at the park today on my little 200 meter loop. Did 2x1.5 miles. Paces were 6:28 for the first one and 6:25 for the second. It's killing me that I ran almost this exact pace at st George marathon almost 2 years ago! Sheesh, I have got a long ways to go

Got up early and ran outside. (Sheesh with one in kindergarten now it makes getting up early a lot harder) did 1 mile warm up. Then did 3 minutes hard followed by 2 minutes easy. Hard bits were between 6:10-6:50 pace ez bits were between 7:45-8:30 pace. Average pace for 4 miles of workout was 7:07.
