12 miles. Nothing too crazy and long the Saturday before the race. Some pretty good speed the last few miles. 26 miles less this week then last week. I hope that actually helps me instead of hurting my overall fitness. My goal is to arrive rested and in top condition. I hate ramping down as much as the next guy or gal, but I think it really works. I've done both and I get better results by resting a bit. I guess we'll see. |
