14 easy mile in Antomony, UT at 6700 feet. I'm used to running at 3600 feet. It was nice to run somewhere else for a change. A little greener and a lot cooler in the morning. I could see my breath. I thought my fingers were going to fall off for the first 4 miles I was so cold. Did most of the run a dirt trail.

Another 14 miles in Antomony.  I took a different route today and headed up to the mountains on a dirt trail.  Started at 6700 ft ran up to 7300 feet in 7 miles, turned around and ran home.  Another good run.

14 easy miles at 5:00 am.  I can't believe how hot it was at 5 this morning.  82 degrees!!  I guess summer is here.

Did some water skiing and wake boarding afterwards as part of my cooldown.

10 miles this morning on my birthday.  I did a tempo run.  3 mile warm up followed by a 7 mile tempo run at an average of 6:07 per mile.  I may be getting older, but I can still bring it.

Scheduled for a 12 mile run, my wife was running 13, so I ran 13 with her.

Nice to run with the misses from time to time.

Glad to be done running for the week.  Another successful week of running.  Completed every run and some good speed and tempo as well.  Body feels pretty good.

Nimbus 79 miles.
