I skipped Saturday, I'm such a bump.  I had a long day with the misses, before sun up after sun down kind of day.  We went to St. George did a session at the temple and did a lot of shopping.  We got some new running shoes.  We decided on the Nike Zoom Vomero.  I had them when the first came out and reall like them then, we'll see what happens.

7 miles this morning, push and sits ups, weights and the heavy bag.

7 mile run this morning.  It was snowing.  I'm thinking about playing B-ball tonight, hopefully it doesn't affect my run too much.

Played B-Ball.  Two hours of it.  Had a good time, didn't get hurt.  It felt like speed work as always.

7 miles this morning.  I felt a little stiff and sluggish from the B-Ball last night, but it was worth it.

7 miles this morning.  I got a little bore of the same route, so I mixed it up and little.  I wasn't sure about the distance, so I ran with the GPS.  I hate running with that thing.  When I wear it, I'm constantly looking at it, it's a big distraction.  I know I need to wear it more so I know where I'm at and so it pushes me to got faster, but it kind of takes the fun out of the run for me.

7 mile run, push ups, sit ups, weights and the heavy bag.  A good work out.  Nothing too exciting to report.

7 miles this morning to finish out a pretty good week for myself, considering its only mid February.

I almost decided to bag it with it being the big V-Day and all.  Now I'll enjoy the day a lot more and wont feel guilty all day.
