The most painful day of the week, SPEED DAY!!!!
Started out with 3 warm up miles at 7:13 per mile. Ran 6 miles of speed with 7:13 rest miles in between.

Pretty happy with the results. A little faster every week has been my goal and I seem to be consistent with that. Glad to be done. |
