14 easy miles.  A cool morning.  Clouds and rain throughout the run.  I felt a little better today.  Sped up just a bit the last 1/2 mile.  I think the legs are getting better, but it's going to take some time.

340 miles nimbus.

Maybe a few easier days might help, what date is your marathon ?

September 18th. I have been running easy days, I'm not doing any speed or tempo.

With the tapper down I did for the 1/2 marathon and the last couple of easy weeks, I already feel like I'm way behind. It's frustrating as I'm sure you know.

I'll finish out this week with 86 miles and next week I'm going to be in Hawaii with my wife to celebrate our 11th year of marraige. I'm planning on running 15 miles next Moday and then just 5 miles a day for the rest of the week. Hopefully that will be the rest I need.

I iced the crap out of my legs today and they felt a little better on Thursdays run.

I'm starting to feel better with every run. It's just a slow process.
