AM- This morning we ran from the school to sugar house park, then we did 5 hills and ran back to the school. PM- We jogged 3 laps slow and then did 3 laps of speed changes and 1 lap slow. Then we did 5x400, 200. My times were: 400- 1:15 200- 34 400- 1:17 200- 35 400- 1:19 200- 36 400- 1:19 200- 36 400- 1:20 200- 36 Then we jogged a mile cooldown. |
