I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

AM- This morning I ran to Liberty Park did 2 laps around the park and then ran back to the track. While I was running I tripped over nothing and fell. Don't ya love it when that happens? Other than that I felt pretty good. (Hayward 5)
PM- We ran to sugarhouse park, did the state course, and then ran back to the school. I felt slugish, and didn't feel like running. I ran pretty slow. (Pegasus 380) |

AM- We ran from the school up sunnyside to foothill then we turned left and ran down around the VA and back to the track. When we got to the track we did 2x300 and then 2 laps cooldown.
PM- We did 1 mile slow, then 3 laps of speed changes and one laps slow. Then we were supposed to do 6x800's at 2:45- 2:50 pace. I was having an off day and wasn't mentally ready for the workout. I ended up doing 4 between 2:55-3:05. (Pegasus 388) |

| I didn't feel like running today. I started the race and once I had a decent lead I just stayed even, because there was no reason for me to push. I thought I pulled my hamstring at the start of the race, because it hurt really bad. I backed off a little bit and it hurt but was ok. Then we cooled down about 2 miles. (Pegasus 290) |

AM- We ran one mile slow, then we did a loop on the soccer field that was around the soccer field and up the hill twice. We did it 8 times at about 7:00- 7:30 pace. Then we jogged three laps slow.
PM- We warmed up one mile, then we did 8x200, I'm not sure how fast they were. We jogged 200 in between and did it continuously. Then we did 10x100 meter strides and 6 laps slow. My hamstring felt fine till I did strides. (pegasus 399) |

| Warmed up with Emily for about 15 minutes, did strides. My legs felt good, but I think the strides aggrivated my hamstring a little bit. The race went well. My first mile was 6:15, the second mile was a 6:30, and the last mile and a tenth was 6:35. The second mile had some uphill in it. My hamstring felt good. I wish I could have ran 20 seconds faster, but that's ok. Maybe next race. Then I cooled down with Emily and a few other people. |
