I had a pretty good workout today. I didn't run as fast as I wanted to, but I think my legs may have been tired from the speed on Tuesday. I did 4 laps slow, 3 laps speed changes, and one lap slow, then I did a mile (6:04), an 800 (2:56), a 400 (1:18), and 3 200's (35, 36, 36). Then I did one lap cool down. I ran with my dad, carol, carre, dakota, and clayton. I did the warm-up in my pegasus (19.5 total) and the rest in my racers. |
