Ran to the track and at the track did a mile in 6:04, 3 min for the 1st half. The other 3 miles were about 8-9 min pace.

Dance class all afternoon. My feet hurt too much to even stand for a minute and I was just exhausted. I think if it is too hard to walk it's probably not good to run.
