7:07. Last half was 3:03. I am unhappy that I didn't run more because I was extremely stressed all day, and running made me feel much better. I procrastinated and I am prohibited to run in the dark. My lesson is that if you have a bad day, doing something hard and getting the blood flowing will probably help the most.
