23:39. Last quarter was 1:19. I will start doing less running now because I have Irish dance Nationals July 6th and running is making my dancing worse.

7:12. Last half was 3:05. My knees still pop a lot when I dance a lot that day. It doesn't hurt but it probably isn't very healthy.
