I felt burnout and a little depressed. I also didn't know what to do because I needed a better running plan that would help my dancing.

2 miles with some of the boys, I think it was around 15:40. At American Fork high school I did the 800m race. Got 2:42 which was a PR, I wasn't able to get the splits. Felt good but my lungs were very exhausted.
