26:55. I did not have enough time to do the last half and it was too dark since we don't have street lights. I didn't run in the morning so I procrastinated last minute to run.

7:34. My knees were under a little stress from dancing also. It doesn't hurt to run but I need to be extra careful because I have a dance competition next week.
