21:47. Last half was 3:00. I had zero motivation and was barely able to kick myself out of the door. I am so glad I went anyway though because I ran into an awesome neighbor and she was just what I needed. God answers my prayers through people and he reminds me that I am not alone. I felt like giving up running today but people's random kindness makes all the difference.
