I don't hate running but my life has been way better since doing less. I already have a very active lifestyle and running just adds more unnecessary stress and fatigue. Running is good for you but not if you are already moving a lot. I haven't felt this good since I was a little kid. I have less anxiety, procrastination, fatigue, brain fog, sadness, irritability, mood swings, and pain. I have more quality sleep, energy, focus, motivation, and an overall increase in satisfaction of life. I think running one mile a day won't hurt, but running more than 3 is not ideal.

24:29. I can tell my running performance is going down. I'm not too motivated to run consistently because I am working 30 hours and taking 10 credits. I rarely get to sit at work and I also lift weights about 3 hours a week. I really don't have energy to run every day right now.
