8:00. It's going to be hard to fit running into my schedule but I know I have time for one or two miles a day. My schedule is also exhausting. My goal this semester is too not overexercise. I exercised way too much last year. My goal is to do 3 a day because my job is too active to do more than that.

Went to the park and we ran for about half a mile. Later I did about 1.75 in 12:15. Not sure the exact distance because a bunch of dear got in the way.
