47:45. I now have a runner's high and it feels great! Had a lot of energy and didn't stop, unlike the week before I had to take a stop every 2 miles.
16:23. I didn't sleep enough and I did less because I have dance today.
24:27. I really wanted to run more, but my body was not ready because of dance last night.
I really wanted to run today but considering it even hurts to walk, I don't think it is a good idea. No injuries, but with dance is too much.
