Wow, it was actually a little chilly this morning, and for the first time I wore a shirt due to temperature, rather than some other factor such as wearing a pack. Gotta stay focused and work hard today.

Did a two mile tempo run today, loved it!! It felt good to push myself for the first time in a while. I still felt fast a smooth. Both miles were at 5:50 pace. I got to the park, got some water, and had a nice jog back. My arms were a bit tired, and so were my legs, but that's to be expected after  few weeks of not doing any workouts.

Didn't run today, but I did bike to campus and back, which is a bout a 10 mile journey. Also, I did that yesterday too

Nice run around the Elderly Loop. THat's what I decided to call it, because it goes through a retirement community. Still listening to the Elon Musk book, a Tesla is now officially my dream car, and I'm also convinced people will be living on Mars before I die. haha, books are fun.

Did a nice trail run today on the trails behind midwestern and near the temple. The trails weren't particularly long, and not as isolated as those Utah mountain trails can be, but it was still fun to get off the roads. I also met another midwestern student from BYU who is into ultramarathons and that sort of stuff, so we could have some good times ahead!!
