What a fun run, just went out exploring and had a great time on the trails, it was fantastic weather and everything about this run was incredible, except that I had some gastric distress going on, which was very unfortunate. Had to stop a few times for that, but overall, I'm just happy about how it went down, and I have a lot of fun new trails to explore!

Nice fun 10 mile trail run along the murdock with the one and only Garret Marsing. It was a great run, and he's got such a good attitude about everything, glad I can call him my friend.

Super awesome conference session trail run. I just put the headphones in and streamed conference while I ran, and I found this super cool 7.3 mile loop! That wasn't the plan, but it was a ton of fun!
