I walked 0.25 miles on my apartment treadmill as a warm-up before running 6 miles at a rate of 5.6 to 8.0. I walked 0.25 miles as a cool-down to finish. I did have to restart the treadmill after 20 minutes of use. Total distance was 6.5 miles.
