I walked 4.5 miles around sugarhouse SLC.
I walked 2 miles to the gym and back. At the gym I lifted chest, back, shoulders, abs, and briefly some arms.
I walked to the gym, lifted legs and neck, and then walked home. 2 miles total distance.
I walked to the mechanic and back. 2 miles total distance.
I walked 5.5 miles around the East High School track. Later in the evening I went back to East High and walked 4.5 miles around the track.
