I walked 4.5 miles around sugarhouse, SLC.

Sleep: 4:10 am to 11:10 am 

I walked 1 mile to the gym. Next, I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up on a treadmill, then I ran 2 miles at a rate of 5.4 to 7.0. I then lifted legs except for calves because the gym closed unexpectedly due to a power outage. I walked 1 mile back home. Total distance was 4.25 miles.
