Sunday night: 04:30 am Monday morning: 01:15 pm Total sleep: 08:45 On my treadmill I walked 1 mile as a warm-up, then I jogged 5 miles at a rate of 4.6-6.4, then I walked 1.25 miles as a cool-down. Total distance was 7.25 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 1,025 calories. After I finished jogging and started my cool-down walk, I felt tightness in my chest, and dizziness/light-headedness. I have experienced this before when I have surpassed my recent limits in distance and/or rate. |
