I walked 1 mile to the gym. Next, I warmed-up on a stair climber for 5 minutes, then I walked 0.25 miles on a treadmill, before I jogged 3 miles at a rate of 5.4 to 7.0. I finished on the treadmill by walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down. I then lifted legs and walked 1 mile home. Total distance was 5.5 miles. Later that evening I walked 0.5 miles around sugarhouse SLC. |
