Sleep: 1:40 am to 8:40 am (but I woke up several times throughout the night that equaled 15 minutes. I also went to bed at 12:45 am, but I couldn't sleep), so roughly 6.75 total hours of sleep. I lifted chest, back, abs, and neck at the gym, then I walked on the revolving stair-climber machine for about 10 minutes. Next I walked 0.25 miles as a warm-up on a treadmill before running 3 miles at a pace of 5.4 to 7.2 before walking 0.25 miles as a cool-down. |
