Sleep: 4:30 am to 11:15 am I lifted shoulders and arms, then I ran 2 miles on a treadmill at a rate of 5.4 - 5.7. I also walked 0.5 miles on the treadmill for a warm-up and cool-down. My right calf felt fine, but was still a little sore from lifting it last week. Total distance was 2.5 miles. I walked 6 miles on the city creek trail in SLC. |
