Sleep: 2:00 am to 11:00 am I lifted chest, back, and shoulders very quickly (time was short) at the ISU gym. I then cycled for 10 minutes at a resistance of 5-7 for 10 minutes at 90+ rpm. (I weighed myself before my workout in the ISU locker room, and the scale said 204 lbs. Probably the heaviest I have ever been). |
