Went to a chess tournament in West Jordan . I tied for 1st place with 4.5 points out of 5. First three games were slaughter. In the 4th game I blew away my pawns and lost a rook. Miraculously my opponent missed a mate in two several times and failed to win my queen. The checks stopped for one move which was enough for me to win a bishop, trade queens, and threaten to queen a pawn witch won my rook back. With a bishop and pawn advantage I won. I the 5th game I hung my queen on a tactic early on but my opponent did not see it untill he had made his move. We exchanged bunders and brilliant tactics. We endend up with a knight vs rook endgame , With me playing the knight. He ended up taking my knight with one second left on his clock wich in a draw by "rooster fight"(where there is only the kings left on the board . And when there is only kings left on the board it is imposible to ckeckmate.)
