I had a good day of running. Today is my longer run/ speed work day. My goal was to run one mile warm up, then run seven miles between 7:00 and 7:05 then one mile cool down. Well, i ran a mile warm up then eight miles between 6:37 - 6:58. I was feeling good the last mile and wanted to keep the pace going. My overall pace was a 6:54. I have to say that with the speed work that i have been doing that i am feeling stronger and stronger, which is a good thing. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!!! :-) |
