I had a good day of running. Today is my longer run/ speed work day. My goal was to run one mile warm up, then run seven miles between 7:00 and 7:05 then one mile cool down. Well, i ran a mile warm up then eight miles between 6:37 - 6:58. I was feeling good the last mile and wanted to keep the pace going. My overall pace was a 6:54. I have to say that with the speed work that i have been doing that i am feeling stronger and stronger, which is a good thing. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!!! :-)

I had a great run this morning! I ran ten miles with Kory and we had great conversation. Thanks Kory for running with me... I ran ten miles at a 6:40 pace, which is a lot faster than i thought i could run it in after yesterdays fifteen mile run. Happy Days. Anyway, i have a lot planned for today or should i say my wife has a lot planned for today. We are going to Twin Falls for a art show then off to Jack Pot Nevada for a concert.
