Nice easy run today, i ran 5.25 miles at an 8:00 pace with 0.5 incline. Anyway, i hope everyone had a great new years and thanks for reading and have a great day!
Thanks. My news years was great, i had a good day with my wife. What races do you have planed for this year? My next race is in April 18, in Salt Lake marathon. But i am planning on running the half and not the full.
