Nice easy run this morning. I did go running at 5:30 A.M instead of my normal 2:30. Ran seven miles at a 7:07 pace. I guess next week i will be going to Las Vegas with my wife and her parents. So no race for me next Saturday. Not much planned for today, work and rest. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Fun. When you go to Vegas could you go to this below running store and get the toe shocks. (size 11 -13). The socks are called Injinji socks. I can give you the money or I'll pay you back.
