Nice easy run of six miles at a 7:21 pace. I was thinking about running 40 miles this week then jumping it up to 60 next week. Then start my three week mileage cut back for my race in Ogden. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

One thing I can see is you can try to shorten your stride which will give you a faster turn over rate. I've noticed at time you take long strides. But this will take practice on the form to do. I've been doing this myself.

What do you think Steve? (if you look at Barry's blog today)

Thanks Kory, i will try adjusting my stride, but that is not an easy thing to do. Also, do you think that why speed work is so important to do, so you can get more of a turn over rate?
